An activity became yours to sell: fetch it. Catalogue events carry ids only, have no data field, and are sent within about a minute. They are delivered in order: delivery stops at an event that keeps failing and the events after it wait. After eight failed attempts, catalogue delivery stops until you tell All Out your endpoint is fixed; All Out then sends activity.added for every activity assigned to you. The same happens the first time your catalogue address is set.
