Create an access token
POST/auth/token
Get a token first; no other call works without one. A token is valid for one hour
(expiresIn, in seconds). Any 401 means: get a new token, then retry.
A suspended account is refused with 401, the same answer as for a wrong secret.
Limited to 10 requests a minute, counted for your client ID and for the calling address.

No token, an expired token, or wrong credentials (UNAUTHORIZED). Get a new token.
Too many requests (RATE_LIMITED). Wait the seconds in the Retry-After header.
